Refund Policy

1. The 299 INR Blueprint Fee

The Syncrowave Estimator utilizes advanced Large Language Models and proprietary algorithms to instantly generate a comprehensive software architecture, timeline, and budget estimate specifically tailored to your submitted requirements. To offset the high computational costs of these API calls, we charge a nominal, one-time fee of 299 INR.

Because this fee grants immediate access to a customized digital document resulting from active API consumption, standard consumer refund rights typically do not apply. However, we have constructed a highly favorable policy for serious clients.

2. The "Contract-Sign" Refund Guarantee

We view the blueprint generation fee simply as a filter for serious inquiries. Therefore, **if you choose to proceed with a formal development contract with Syncrowave Technologies utilizing the generated blueprint, your 299 INR fee will be 100% refunded or credited against your first formal project milestone invoice.**

• You must formally sign the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
• The refund/credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of the initial project deposit clearing.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds for the 299 INR blueprint fee will absolutely not be issued under the following conditions:

• Change of Mind: After the PDF document has been successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard, you are not entitled to a refund simply because you decided not to pursue the project.
• Budget Disagreements: If the AI-generated estimate exceeds your personal budget constraints, this is considered a successful utility of the scoping tool preventing you from making a bad investment; it does not warrant a refund.
• Competitor Development: If you take our generated architecture blueprint and give it to another agency or freelance developer to build, you are strictly ineligible for a refund.

4. Failed Generation / Technical Error

If a system error, API failure, or server timeout prevents the AI from successfully generating your dashboard and PDF after your payment of 299 INR has been successfully captured by Razorpay, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund.

Please email resolutions@syncrowavetechnologies.com with the subject line "Failed Generation: [Your Razorpay Payment ID]". Our backend auditing team will verify the failure. A 100% refund will be processed directly to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
